1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted through https://itsthoseeggrolls.net (the “Site”) for both “It’s Those Eggrolls” (retail and wholesale eggroll sales) and “J & J a Taste of Home Catering” (catering services). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

OUR GENERAL POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Due to the custom, perishable, and time-sensitive nature of our products and services, all payments are non-refundable. By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Policy for “It’s Those Eggrolls” (Frozen Eggroll Sales)

All sales of frozen eggrolls for retail or wholesale are final and non-refundable.

  • Reason: Our eggrolls are made-to-order using fresh ingredients and immediately frozen to ensure quality. This process is initiated upon receipt of your payment, and we cannot resell custom-prepared food.

  • Pickup Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order at the confirmed date and time. Orders not picked up will be disposed of, and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Due to our production schedule, orders cannot be changed or canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Requests made outside this window are at our sole discretion and do not guarantee a refund.

3. Policy for “J & J a Taste of Home Catering” (Catering Services)

All payments for catering services are final and non-refundable.

  • Reason: Catering involves extensive advance planning, including purchasing specialty ingredients, scheduling staff, and reserving your event date, which prevents us from booking other clients.

  • Deposits & Final Payments: The non-refundable deposit and any subsequent payments (including the final balance) are applied to costs incurred to secure and prepare for your event. These payments are forfeited in full upon cancellation for any reason.

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your event for any reason, at any time, all monies paid are forfeited as liquidated damages and are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are treated as a cancellation of the original event (subject to the non-refundable policy) and the booking of a new date, requiring a new agreement and deposit.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Our “no refunds” policy applies universally, including for reasons of changed plans, partial attendance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. The sole exception is if J & J a Taste of Home Catering must cancel a confirmed event due to an extraordinary circumstance on our part (e.g., severe facility issue). In that specific case, our liability will be limited to a full refund of payments received for that event.
