1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website https://itsthoseeggrolls.net (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Site and all transactions conducted through it, including purchases from “It’s Those Eggrolls” and services from “J & J a Taste of Home Catering” (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Overview of Services
This Site operates as a platform for two distinct business divisions:

  • It’s Those Eggrolls: A division for the direct-to-consumer sale and wholesale of frozen, handmade eggrolls for local pickup.

  • J & J a Taste of Home Catering: A division providing full-service catering for events.

The specific terms applicable to your interaction are based on the product or service you are purchasing, as outlined below.

PART A: TERMS FOR “IT’S THOSE EGGROLLS” (RETAIL & WHOLESALE)

These terms apply to all purchases of frozen eggrolls from the “It’s Those Eggrolls” division.

A1. Products & Ordering

  • Product Description: We sell handmade, frozen eggrolls in various flavors as described on our product pages. All items are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

  • Order Process: Orders are placed directly through the Site. You must provide accurate contact information. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

A2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase via our authorized payment gateways.

A3. Fulfillment: Local Pickup Only

  • No Shipping: All “It’s Those Eggrolls” products are for local pickup only. We do not offer shipping.

  • Pickup Location & Timing: Orders must be picked up at our designated kitchen location in Indianapolis. Pickup times will be communicated after order confirmation. You are responsible for arranging pickup.

  • Wholesale Orders: Separate wholesale terms, including potential delivery within Indianapolis and minimum order requirements, are established via direct partnership agreement outside of the standard Site checkout.

A4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Due to our made-to-order process, orders cannot be changed or canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for picked-up orders. If you fail to pick up your order at the designated time, your payment is forfeited.

A5. Product Handling & Liability

  • Food Safety: Upon pickup, you assume all responsibility for the proper transportation, storage, and cooking of frozen eggrolls in accordance with any provided instructions.

  • Allergens: It is your responsibility to review product descriptions and allergen information. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

PART B: TERMS FOR “J & J A TASTE OF HOME CATERING”

These terms apply to all catering service inquiries and bookings.

B1. Service & Consultation

  • Custom Service: Catering services are customized for each event. The Site provides initial information only.

  • Booking Process: A booking is only confirmed after a direct consultation (via phone/email) and the receipt of a signed catering agreement and required deposit. Online inquiries are not binding bookings.

B2. Pricing, Deposit & Payment

  • Quotes: All catering prices are provided as custom quotes. Menu prices online are for informational purposes and subject to change.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the estimated total) is required to secure your event date.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full no later than 5 business days prior to the event.

B3. Client Responsibilities

  • Final Details: The final guest count, menu, and event logistics must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the event.

  • Venue & Setup: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue has appropriate space, tables, and power access as required.

B4. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation: All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. Cancellation by the client for any reason results in forfeiture of all payments.

  • Company Cancellation: If we must cancel due to extraordinary circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund of payments received for that event.

PART C: GENERAL TERMS (APPLY TO ALL USERS)

C1. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logos, text, images, menu designs) is our property and protected by copyright. You may not reuse it without our written permission.

C2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products/services.

C3. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

C4. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
